1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of The Behaviour Company and Anne-Maartje Oud ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide the following services:

• Keynote speaking engagements
• Workshops and training sessions
• Executive coaching and consulting
• Behavioural analysis and communication training
• Publications and educational materials

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any booking request. Payment terms and conditions will be specified in the individual service agreement provided upon booking confirmation.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms will be specified in your individual service agreement. We reserve the right to cancel services due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer rescheduling or a refund as appropriate.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, content and intellectual property provided during our services remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and interactions. We will not disclose confidential information without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our services shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

8. Code of Conduct

Participants in our services agree to:

• Treat all participants with respect and professionalism
• Maintain confidentiality of shared information
• Actively participate in sessions
• Provide honest feedback

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
