Anne-Maartje Oud is a globally recognised authority on behavioural dynamics, leadership and workplace communication. Certified by former FBI agent Joe Navarro as a Non-verbal Communication Mastery and Behavioral Assessment Instructor — the only person to complete his 5-year apprenticeship program. Since 2006, as founder and CEO of The Behaviour Company in Amsterdam, Anne-Maartje has worked with top corporations including Mercedes Benz, LVMH, Google and many others, equipping leaders with the skills to manage interpersonal behaviour and influence effectively.
